SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the Alliance Trucking LLC Private Operations Assistants, a set of one-to-one conversational SMS services for authorized company personnel.
Program description
Authorized users initiate conversations and receive automated replies related to their requests. Each private number provides a specialized assistant. Replies may assist with internal operations, reminders requested during the conversation, document or expense questions, maintenance organization, business or personal financial organization, payroll, invoices, and related administrative tasks. This program does not send advertising or promotional messages.
How to participate
The program numbers are provided privately by Alliance Trucking LLC only to authorized personnel. An authorized user begins the conversation by texting START or a relevant request from an approved mobile number. By initiating a text, the user consents to receive automated SMS replies relevant to that request. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies according to user activity, and one request may produce one or more directly related replies. Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
Stopping and restarting messages
Reply STOP to cancel. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation, and no further program messages will be sent. Reply START or UNSTOP to resubscribe.

Delivery and availability
Message delivery and service availability are not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Alliance Trucking LLC may change or discontinue the program when reasonably necessary.
AI and safety notice
Automated responses may contain errors. Verify safety-critical, legal, financial, regulatory, mechanical, and operational information before relying on it. Do not text while driving. Do not use this service for emergencies; call 911 when emergency help is needed.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how SMS information is used and protected. Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
